ADHD Town Hall is a six-week virtual program that provides support, resources, and community for individuals with ADHD, their loved ones, and professionals who work with ADHD. Each session includes interactive Q&A, focused discussion on specific ADHD topics, and practical strategies you can implement right away.

Town Hall meets every Thursday from 7-8 PM CST for six consecutive weeks, in the Spring and Fall. Check the main ADHD Town Hall webpage for specific dates.

Town Hall welcomes everyone affected by ADHD, including:
Individuals diagnosed with ADHD
Family members, partners, and friends of those with ADHD
Professionals who work with ADHD clients
Anyone seeking to understand ADHD better

The investment for all six sessions is $150, which includes access to recordings throughout the series and for approximately 6 months or until the next Town Hall series begins.
Format and Participation

Each one-hour session includes:
A brief introduction to the week's topic by James
Interactive Q&A where participants can ask questions through chat
Group discussion facilitated by James
Practical strategies and insights you can apply immediately

While attending live is beneficial for interaction, all sessions are recorded and available to participants. You can catch up on any sessions you miss.

No problem! All sessions are recorded, and recordings are made available to all registered participants within 2-3 business days after each session.

Recordings are typically available for approximately 6 months or until the next Town Hall series begins.
Technical Questions

Town Hall is hosted on Zoom. You'll receive a link to join after registration.

Having your camera on is optional. Many participants choose to remain off-camera, while others prefer the connection of being visible.

Questions are submitted through the chat feature in Zoom. James answers as many questions as possible during each session.
Registration

You can register by clicking the purple "Sign Up" buttons on this page. The registration process takes less than two minutes.

Yes, you can join at any time during the six-week series. You'll receive access to any recordings of sessions you missed.

Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more from the start date. If less than 30 days, then you will receive a credit to sign up for the next ADHD Town Hall series. If you need to cancel your enrollment in ADHD Town Hall, please contact Frank at Frank@JamesOchoa.com as soon as possible.

Town Hall is educational and supportive in nature, but it is not a substitute for individual therapy or counseling. James may discuss therapeutic concepts, but the format is not designed for individual treatment.
